Refund & Return Policy

At Chandni Nihalani – Executive Leadership Coach, we strive to provide high-quality coaching services, digital programs, and transformational experiences. Due to the nature of our offerings, please review our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Digital Products & Programs

All purchases of digital products, including:

Coaching programs

Webinars

Masterclasses

Downloadable resources (PDFs, videos, etc.)

are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

We do not offer returns or refunds for digital content unless:

You were charged multiple times for the same product

The product was not delivered due to a technical issue (which we could not resolve within 5 business days)

2. 1:1 Coaching & Consulting

Once a coaching session or package is booked and confirmed:

No refunds will be issued for completed sessions

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice

Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable

In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), we may offer partial credit or rescheduling at our discretion.

3. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with full details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue within 5–7 business days.

Please do not initiate a chargeback without first contacting us — doing so may lead to permanent account suspension.

4. Cancellation of Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you're enrolled in a recurring subscription or coaching plan:

You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle

Access will continue until the end of the paid period

No partial refunds are offered for unused time
